This building isn't very old. Its less than 4 years old. Its in a quite and peacefull area in Muhaisinah 1. Great optiin for family with parks and cafes nearb. There's also parking for guests.

We are absolutely thrilled with our 2 BHK apartment! One of the standout features that brings us immense peace of mind is the round-the-clock security. The knowledge that our community is protected by CCTV cameras makes us feel even more secure. Another fantastic aspect is the complimentary maintenance service. It's truly a hassle-free experience to have this convenience, and it keeps our apartment in top-notch condition. The location couldn't be better. Having a gym, supermarket, salon, restaurants, and a bus stop within close proximity is incredibly convenient. It simplifies our daily routines, and the variety of dining options adds to the overall appeal. But what truly makes this place special for us is its proximity to our daughter's school. The fact that it's within walking distance is a blessing, saving us time and ensuring she gets to school safely. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our apartment. It offers the perfect blend of security, convenience, and proximity to essential amenities. It's not just a place to live; it's a place that truly enhances our quality of life.
