Established in 2003, Dubai Marina is a man-made canal city built along a 3 km stretch of the Arabian Gulf’s shoreline. Developed by the reputable Emaar Properties, it quickly became one of Dubai’s most luxurious neighborhoods.
It lies along a canal surrounded by yachts and framed by some of Dubai’s highest skyscrapers. Dubai Marina is located along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) at Interchange 5, between Jebel Ali Port and the areas that contain Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. It’s also close to Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai Internet City, and Palm Jumeirah.

It also offers many services within the building itself, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Marina view is amazing. One of the main concerns is that guest and taxi parking in this area can be quite crowded.

DanielI love living in al sahab. Ive lived here for 3 years in different apartments. Emaar manages maintenance and security so really well maintained, no security issues. High floors are really quiet. I love my marina views and the location. Really near to walk to the marina, the beach, the mall and the metro. I also need quiet for my work so one of the few places in the marina for that. Because of the location, traffic isn't an issue to get out of marina.

SophieI’ve lived here since 2023 and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect - close to JBR, Marina mall, cinema, beach, metro station. I walk to bluewaters island and all around the marina walk. It’s a beautiful area. Choose a higher floor apartment facing the marina and you won’t have any noise issues from the intersection.
