Yass A.I have been living in this building since 2014 and I am loving it. Arguably one of the best buildings in Dubai. Smack located on the Creek where nothing obstruct the view of the units facing the Creek. Quality of the building materials is excellent. Magnificent swimming pool and excellent recent and all day grocery store. Not to mention adjacent to the iconic Palazzio Versace with excellent resturants and night clubs.
