Family friendly environment with a community feel. More green park areas, playgrounds, swimming pool areas for kids and families to enjoy. Pet friendly. It is little far from the city centre and does not have bus or metro facility yet but great for families who love peaceful community living. Many important places are reachable in a short drive from this community.
Mimosa
Mimosa's location is very close to all community amenities and to the entry gate. So there is no traffic near this cluster. Also it is very well gatted, secured and safe. Damac Hills 2 is the biggest community in UAE with all the amenities and facilities to enjoy.

Mimosa is a good cluster like others in Damac Hills 2. But in the single row villas facing to gatepass office, there is a dewa building and treatment plant. There is always bad smell and noice from this buildings. Most of the time you are not able to sit and enjoy because of this bad smell and noice.

Waterproofing is poor. It rains on the inside when weather is bad and takes a very long time to get it fixed. There is no roof access, so every time there is an issue, a 'cherry picker' has to be called. Community is generally okay, fairly clean, but maintenance takes a long while to be completed.

Best place to invest abd live in future. It is quiet and peaceful community. Love to spend time here.

The answer is no. The community is filled with free activities. They have the water park, they have a movie under the stars at the lake, they have a boating lake, and they have football, basketball, and cricket—absolutely everything you can imagine, all accessible to the residents from the Damac Living App. and EMAAR has just launched a project, and obviously The Valley and everything on Al Ain Road is also close by, so in the future Damac 2 will be more integrated into the main areas of Dubai.

Should I really buy older-style properties because there are so many off-plan projects coming in Damac Hills 2? Maybe they will decrease in value.

My best answer is no, because the new builds are built with a nicer finish but are smaller in size, and therefore the old, bigger, spacious, single-row units will hold value.

I actually think it will, especially with the new launch of Sobha Sanctuary, which is going to be located between Damac Hills 2 and The Valley, and their price points start at around 4 million. You can buy a six-bed standalone villa in Damac Hills 2 for 4 million at the moment. So, once that’s handed over in 2029, it's definitely going to bring appreciation to Damac Hills 2. And even The Valley itself, as they've now built closer to our community. Town Square is literally a 17-minute drive from us. Everything is starting to move out towards this sort of area because there's so much land to build on. And I can only imagine in the future, a bit like what happened years ago with Damac Hills 1, people said that it was too far out, and now it's a central location. So, appreciation-wise for the future, it's definitely something that people need to consider. With the current price points in Damac Hills 2, tell me anywhere else you can get a 3-plus maid’s or a 4-plus maid’s for under 3 million. It's definitely a good place to look at if you want to invest.
