sadly the building is not maintained well and the maintenance team rarely answers and even they do it takes alot of effort to fix an issue

Clean residence and awesome apartment design with separate and close kitchen, as I'm disabled on wheelchair so I feel comfortable with moving inside and outside the apartment

Since the area is full of sharing accommodation, the parking spaces are very limited or yet unavailable. Most of the shared flats have more 3 vehicles (car, van, trucks, bus, etc..) Overall it price is reasonable, 24hr security, nearby pocket parks and groceries.
