    We're in Al Khail Heights, and it's much calmer than people expect from Al Quoz. Kids play outside, the pools are kept clean, and security actually calls before letting anyone up. We're 15 minutes from almost everything in Dubai.

Location and transportation

Two highways frame the district. Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) runs along one edge and Al Khail Road (E44) along the other. That means Mall of the Emirates is about 8 minutes west via Al Asayel Street. The airport works out around 25 minutes east. Jumeirah Beach takes roughly 12 minutes north through Umm Al Sheif.

Onpassive Metro Station on the Red Line covers the eastern edge. Equiti and Mall of the Emirates stations handle the western side. RTA runs bus routes F25, F26, and F26A through the industrial streets, feeding into the metro. 

Local stops like Al Khail Heights Apartment 1 and Quoz Credence High School sit within walking distance of the residential blocks. Most tenants still keep a car for daily errands. Taxis and ride-hailing pick up the slack after dark.
