One of the best community to live. It is near to temple, church, shopping mall. Very easy to commute.
The Nook 1
I love everything about the Nook. I wish I owned this place! I love the kids area and pool, it gives me so much to do with my little one just inside our building. It's cosy and chic at the same time. I love the aesthetics too, i try to keep the same color scheme in my house too and its just so soothing to the eyes❤️ Definitely a Recommended Place!
The Nook 1
I would say that Nook has an ideal location. The area is not crowded, and it's right adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road. The metro is a 7-minute walk away, and the most important thing about this building is its proximity to IKEA and Festival Plaza. You can easily order cabs, food, and groceries, or you can get them from GEANT as it's now in the building. I would suggest that people who have offices in Media City or JLT, this place is a good fit for you. The pool facility is really good, with pool areas for both adults and kids. However, the gym could be better as there are limited machines. Rent is also economical compared to other communities linked to Sheikh Zayed Road. The only drawback of Nook is that these apartments are compact, so you don't get much space for the living room.
